What we collect

Account email, trace queries and graph results, workspace membership, API usage events, and optional SSO identifiers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we store customer IDs, not full card numbers.

How we use data

To run traces, cache expansions, enforce plan limits, provide share links, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & deletion

Traces persist until deleted or until workspace zero-retention / expiry rules apply. Enterprise workspaces may configure data residency and automatic deletion. Request deletion at privacy@veinexplorer.com.

GDPR

EU users may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data. Audit logs for enterprise workspaces are retained per contract.
